During Silver Week, I spent time with my family. First, we visited my grandmother. We talked together and had a meal at her house. After that, we went to my relative’s house. There were a cat and a dog, so I played with them for a while. I also spent some time with my relatives. On the day we went home, it rained very heavily because of a typhoon. We had to be careful because of the bad weather. The next day, I had a/my part-time job. It was the busiest day I have ever had at work. I was very busy from the beginning to the end of my shift. The following day, I went to Shibuya to take a test. I studied a little before the test and then went home after it.

School has started again, and honestly I feel so depressed about it. During the vacation/holidays , I knew this day would come, but I still wasn’t ready for it. I don’t hate my classes, but waking up early and thinking about assignments already makes me (feel) tired. I feel like my brain is still in vacation mode. Maybe it will get better after a few weeks, but right now I just want to go back to my free days. On the other hand, I bought a bag called “notabag” recently, and it was a really nice buy. Maybe it is my best purchase of this year so far. I didn’t expect a bag to make me this happy, but I like using it more than I thought. When I have to go to school, at least I can take my new bag with me. It doesn’t make school exciting, of course, but it makes leaving home a little less annoying.

I am sad because my summer vacation has finally ended. I had a relaxing summer this year. I went to a zoo with my aunt, had fireworks with my friend, and saw my favourite artist (perform) live. I had a good time. However, I could not get up early and did not exercise, so my days weren’t healthy. （I am not lazy but my home was very comfortable.） Even so, my days were less stressful than usual, so I enjoyed my summer. This fall, I will study hard, because I am taking more courses than I imagined I would. I am worried that I might burn out and my grades will be lower.

Today, I celebrated my friend's 20th birthday! We’ve been close since our very first day of university. From grabbing lunch together to sitting through classes, we’ve shared so many memories, and she means the world to me. I’m so happy I could celebrate this milestone 20th birthday with her. I got her a lovely necklace from Pandora in Shibuya and prepared a bouquet of flowers! We had dinner at a wonderful restaurant, and the birthday plate was delicious. It was truly such a great day—I really hope she loved it! I will celebrate her birthday next year. I’m forward to celebrating it!

I finished summer vacation and started school last Friday. After that, a five day holiday is coming soon. I don’t feel like going to school. I want to get used to waking up early and attending class as soon as possible. I have five English classes, so I worry about that. I will do homework, such as writing 100words once a week. I feel that 100 words is more than I expected. I can’t write very much because I don’t have writing skills and a large English words vocabulary. And, I don’t have any topics I want to write about. Before I was posting hard/lots every day but writing 100 words once a week is also hard.

I’m having lunch with my friends. I want to eat 31 ice creams🍨

I went to the hair salon before school. I changed my hair colour and had my hair cut. I'm happy. (Pleased with it)

Yesterday I was going to the opticians to get new glasses but they didn’t/weren’t open so I was sad.
