"I want to learn English."  This is the wrong goal!

Some people say that choosing the wrong goals can lead to self-sabotage.

When it comes to learning English (as it's the wrong goal in 90% of cases for my adult achievers), it leads to: A) lack of confidence (at some point in speaking); B) continuous self-doubt (on various levels). C) Never really experiencing delight and self-satisfaction about your progress.

あとエクササイズの面（めん）だとちょっと、うーんちょっと弱（よわ）いかな。

なのでもしかしたらバツ（×）に近（ちか）いかもしれません。

私（わたし）がこれはね～個人的（こじんてき）に思（おも）うのは、

まだ日本（にほん）はジムに行（い）ったり、スポーツをしたりとか「運動（うんどう）してます！」みたいに言（い）うと「すごいね」「えらいね」ってなる。

つまり、まだそれが当（あ）たり前（まえ）のことっていうふうになってないと思（おも）うんですよね。

結構（けっこう）他（ほか）の国（くに）だと、ジムに行（い）って運動（うんどう）することが

日常（にちじょう）の一部（いちぶ）になっている、みたいな印象（いんしょう）を持（も）ったことが多（おお）い、っていうのが私（わたし）の個人的（こじんてき）な感想（かんそう）です。

あとは会員（かいいん）のシステムとかも、必（かなら）ず入会（にゅうかい）費（ひ）がかかって、
その後（あと）に月額（げつがく）費（ひ）、毎月（まいつき）払（はら）う会員（かいいん）になって、
初（はじ）めてジムとか、そういう施設（しせつ）の利用（りよう）ができるという流（なが）れが多（おお）いと思（おも）うんですけど。

他（ほか）の国（くに）だと、結構（けっこう）単発（たんぱつ）、飛（と）び入（い）りでレッスンに参加（さんか）できるシステムとかが多（おお）かったり。

特（とく）にオーストラリアでピラティスとかジム、行（い）きたいなっていう風（ふう）に調（しら）べたときに、
日本（にほん）よりもかなり選択（せんたく）の幅（はば）が多（おお）いなっていう風（ふう）に感（かん）じました。

逆（ぎゃく）にそれは、オーストラリアがフィットネスが盛（さか）んだから、っていう理由（りゆう）かもしれないですけど、
でもはすごくいいことだなっていう風（ふう）に思（おも）いましたね。

日本（にほん）でももっとウォークイン、1回（かい）限（かぎ）りでいろんな施設（しせつ）を利用（りよう）したりとか、
運動（うんどう）の“きっかけ”がどんどん増（ふ）えていったらいいなという風（ふう）に思（おも）います。
