"Invest in yourself." This is something we often hear from motivational speakers but we probably also heard that from our teachers, parents and friends. Perhaps, it is because of the fact that YOU are your best investment, whether it is with knowledge or skills. In this podcast, I will be sharing three principles of personal development.

3.) ຂ້ອຍບໍ່ເຄີຍຂີ່ຍົນ. 
I have never flown in an airplane. 
4.) ເຈົ້າເຄີຍເຫັນລາວບໍ?  
Have you ever seen him? 
5.) ເຈົ້າເຄີຍມາທ່ຽວລາວບໍ? 
Have you been to Laos?
6.) ຕອນຂ້ອຍຍັງນ້ອຍ ຂ້ອຍເຄີຍປີນຕົ້ນຫມາກມ່ວງ. 
When I was a child, I used to climb mango trees. 
7.) ຂ້ອຍເຄີຍມາຮ້ານນີ້ກັບແມ່ຂອງຂ້ອຍ. 
I have been to this store/shop with my mother. 
8.) ຂ້ອຍເຄີຍຮຽນຢູ່ໂຮງຮຽນນີ້. 
I used to study at this school. 
9.) ຂ້ອຍເຄີຍໃຊ້ໂມງຫນ່ວຍນີ້. 
I used to use this watch. 
10.) ຂ້ອຍເຄີຍລ້ຽງນົກແກ້ວ. 
I used to raise a parrot.

こんにちは！日本語ポッドキャストへようこそ。
今日のテーマは「夏の終わりのあいさつ」です。

日本では、季節のあいさつをとても大切にします。
たとえば、夏の終わりにはこんな表現を使います。

ひとつめは――
「まだまだ暑いですね」
これは、夏の終わりでも気温が高いときによく使います。

ふたつめは――
「朝と夜は少し涼しくなりましたね」
これは、だんだん秋に近づいている感じを伝えます。

そして、もうひとつ。
「季節の変わり目ですから、体調に気をつけてください」
これはとても丁寧で、メールやメッセージによく使います。

日本人は、季節と体の調子を結びつけて話すことが多いです。
だから、あいさつの中に「健康に気をつけてください」という言葉がよく入ります。

では、いっしょに練習してみましょう。
リピートしてください。

まだまだ暑いですね。

朝と夜は少し涼しくなりましたね。

季節の変わり目ですから、体調に気をつけてください。
