What does “ odd moments “ mean ? Does it mean “ little bits of time/ random little free periods” ? For example, A good way to save time is to make better use of the odd moments to get some trivial stuff done. Does it sound natural ? If not, how should I rephrase it ? Thanks for your help.

Yes, it does. I think you're better off using "little bits of time", usually people use "odd moment" in the singular. Hope this helps :)

I’ve never heard the phrase odd moments in American English. I would interpret it to mean a strange moment. If you are trying to say infrequently or rarely, I would suggest saying occasionally or on rare occasions.

Indeed, odd moments means essentially rare occasions.

Yes, absolutely right. Well done! It means a short period of time. You've used it perfectly!

I've heard it used in two different ways. It can mean "little bits of time", as you said. Applied to a person it has a different meaning. If you say "he sometimes has odd moments", it means he occasionally acts in odd (not normal) ways - either in terms of his behavior, or his mental clarity.
