I believe that people learn things better from those at their own level---such as fellow students or co-workers---than from those at a higher level, such as teachers or supervisors. The reasons for this include a better mindset, more efficient ways of learning, and stronger motivation when learning in a peer learning setting. First of all, they easily get stressed and nervous when they are facing high-level people like our boss because they worry about messing up and consequently losing their job. Such pressure prevents them from focusing on learning itself, and chances are that they end up failing. However, learning from those at the same level is at the other end of the scale. They feel comfortable and relaxed in that situation, as they don't fear or try to impress anyone. They feel free to make mistakes or ask questions if any during their learning, therefore they acquire new skills in a happier way. Second, peer learning benefits from efficient methods of learning that are familiar to both learners and peer tutors, since they are likely to be in the same age range. For example, young people are keen on online learning. They may use the same learning software or be in the same community, which makes them easily share materials and have deep discussions online. Hence, they can pick up things quickly. Finally, people are more motivated to learn new things simply because they incline to keep up with their fellows instead of following the orders from supervisors. As a saying goes that: ' Don't talk, just act. Don't say, just show.' It is the one they work or study with who really shows them what the new knowledge is like and how to put it into practice, which inspires them to get out of their comfort zone and pursue new goals. In short, peer learning works better than learning from higher-level people, because it creates a relaxed environment, provides better learning methods, and sets an appealing model.

Again, this is good overall. You have the typical Chinese tendency of stating opinion as fact. You need to soften your language.

First of all, employees (avoid using pronouns in the first sentence of a paragraph) easily get stressed and nervous when they are facing high-level people like their bosses because they worry about messing up and consequently losing their job (can people really get sacked for one minor mistake? Don’t over dramatise) Such pressure prevents them from focusing on learning itself, and the chances are that they will end up failing. However, learning from those at the same level is at the other end of the scale. They feel more comfortable and relaxed in that situation, as they don't fear or try to impress anyone. (Really?) They feel free to make mistakes or ask questions if they have any during their learning, therefore they acquire new skills in a happier way.
