I think the very secret to happiness (or at least to a life without worries) is
to live the life you want and the way you want
Depending on from what side of the pond your english comes from, you may also say 'I heard it on the song...' - that has the connotation that you heard it a while back and ever since that time... etc. Hope this was informative!
