👋 Hi! I'm Luciano, an Italki tutor since 2021. 🎓 I graduated as a Certified English<>Spanish Translator from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina, the city where I was born and currently live. My passion for languages led me to pursue this career. 🗣️ Besides English, I’ve also taught myself Italian, German, French, and Portuguese. I love learning new languages and exploring different cultures. 🌍 I really enjoy connecting with people from around the world, sharing our customs, and learning from each other. 📚 In my free time, I like reading, playing and watching football (soccer), traveling, and spending time with friends.

I believe a language shouldn't be learned by memorizing grammar rules and long vocabulary lists. As a tutor, I focus on using conversation about topics that genuinely interest the student. I’m always open to questions and more than happy to help anyone improve their Spanish. ¡Let's chat!

Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım

My lessons are based entirely on real language in use — through conversation. We can talk about everyday situations, opinions, Spanish for work or school, or any topic the student finds interesting. If the student prefers, we can also go over grammar doubts and learn useful words and expressions. All of this can be done entirely in Spanish, or by switching between Spanish and the languages I speak fluently: English, Portuguese, and Italian.

Lisans - National Sworn Translation of EnglishNational University of CórdobaI hold a degree in English<>Spanish Public Translation from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. It’s a university program that focuses on both language mastery and professional translation skills. I was trained in grammar, linguistics, legal and technical translation, and cultural differences between English and Spanish-speaking countries. This degree allows me to work as a certified translator in official and professional settings.

Great teacher who asked a lot of questions and kept the conversation moving. Also, typed out any words that I didn’t understand or couldn’t pronounce which helped a lot. Will be setting up more lessons with him soon!
