d'ailleurs - par ailleurs Quelqu'un peut m'expliquer la difference entre d'ailleurs et par ailleurs? Je les confonds toujours. Et si on peut donner un exemple ou deux ca m'aiderait beaucoup. Merci d'avance

My understanding is that 'par ailleurs' is 'what's more', while 'd'ailleurs' is more of a 'by the way' type of expression.

Par ailleurs is much more formal than D'ailleurs. It's rarely used in spoken language, except if you are angry and you want to express distance.
