I believe that the leadership is a inherited trait. Even if you have take a good education, you may not convince people to follow you. A lot of good examples about this topic in history. Many popular universities have been giving very high education since they established, but only limited people manage to attract people attentions, and make them follow their ideas. In my country there is a wonderful instance as a founder of our country Ataturk. He was not only took a good education which helped him to improve his personality but also was able to attracts huge crowds attention. And you can be sure that the leadership is not toughed by, it comes with born.

Ni, I don’t think. But I thing many people have fast learning, this is a innate skill. Leadership it’s a process to lead cars and following rules.

I think some people are born with skills that are good for leadership, but also it is possible to learn how to be a good leader, so it is not an innate skill. It's important to say that it is common to hear leadership is related to extrovert personalities, but actually exist different types of leadership, so introverts could be a very good leaders too.

Yes, for me it's an innate skill. Of course, a person can learn a lot of processes, methods, but it isn't possible learning ability like empathy, charisma, tolerance, open mind. Every situation is a world apart and every group of people is different, so the lead must pick up emotions, signals and act following own perceptions.

En fait, non. Tout les compétences peuvent être développer. Le leadership est un concept un peu imprécis et chaque personne a une signification différente. Mais, le bons dirigeants trouve un chemin de leadership que marche pour eux. Pas à pas, ils devraient mieux. Je pense que c'est aussi un cas de avoir de la chance. Il fait qu'on rencontre le bon opportunité. Un bon dirigeant d'une cas peut être mal d'une autre. On n'a pas le pouvoir d'effectuer la plupart des choses. Bref, le leadership est une compétence developable et, parfois, rien qu'un mirage.

D'abord on devrait définer qu'est-ce que ça veut dire le leadership. A mon avis, il y a beaucoup de confusion autour de ce terme; on dirait que le leadership est quelque chose de magique ou mystique que certaines personnes possèdent mais pas d'autres, sans qu'on arrive à comprendre pas très bien comment ça fonctionne.
