I really enjoyed my trial lesson with Elisa! She created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that made it easy to have a natural conversation in Italian. At the same time, she carefully listened to my learning goals and suggested a clear, achievable plan for the next steps. I felt both comfortable and motivated after the lesson - I highly recommend her!

It is amazing how fast an hour can pass when you are engaged in the learning. We joked about my amazement about small misconceptions that get clarified finally. It is the nuances a one-on-one lesson allows you to learn. I feel grateful to Elisa for making the lessons very interactive; where I do much of the speaking using sentence stems and examples to get me started.

She is very well prepared. She sent a summary of an article with vocab and questions. I am a high a1 low a2 but after reviewing this summary I felt like we could almost have a real Italian conversation, certainly a conversation that is well above my level. She is very pleasant to talk to and quite encouraging. I highly recommend her.

We did a listening lesson where I had to choose the apartment described in Italian. I have trouble hearing the combined preposition and article. Elisa has many lessons to help me understand and hear them. I appreciate her patience as a begin to hear the differences.
