Hello there, students! My name is Jimmy. I was born and raised in the Netherlands, and I’ve always been passionate about languages, cultures, and most importantly, people!
I’m a TEFL-certified teacher, fluent in Dutch and English, and conversational in Spanish.
Over the past year, I’ve been travelling the world, and for me there is nothing more incredible than exploring new places and connecting with people from all over the globe.
And what’s the universal connection in all of this? Exactly, language. It opens doors to new experiences, friendships, and opportunities.

I firmly believe that the most important thing, when learning a language, is to be comfortable and at ease. I create a relaxed vibe where there is a lot of space for having fun and where you can be yourself. Learning doesn't always have to feel like hard work.
As a TEFL-certified teacher, native Dutch speaker and full time human being, I adapt my lessons to your goals, pace, and interests. I work with complete beginners as well as more experienced learners. Maybe you’re planning a move to the Netherlands, have a Dutch partner, need to pass the inburgering exam, or are simply fascinated by the language. Every human is different, and everyone has their own reason for wanting to learn a language. That’s why I fully adapt to your needs and wishes. In general, my lessons are fun and interactive, and I like to use music, humor, and videos to keep you engaged. It was a great lesson with a perfect teacher for me: creative and combined approach to start my Dutch journey. From the 1st lesson I knew a lot of funny Dutch traditions and started using simple phrases. It was a fantastic lesson.
