I've taught English and Spanish for the past five years to children, teenagers, and adults, in Mexico and New York, and also online to students worldwide, especially with students from Brazil, China, Korea, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. I focus on conversation, pronunciation, creative ways to practice, and cultural learning. My preparation: a B.A. in American Civilization from Brown University, an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University. I was a journalist for newspapers, magazines, and web magazines for 8 years! So I am also a strong at helping students with writing.

Como profesor, me caracterizo por ser flexible y adaptarme a las necesidades de cada estudiante. Cuento con una amplia variedad de recursos y temas para conversar en español, lo que facilita un aprendizaje dinámico y natural. Gracias a mi hábito de lectura, puedo mantener conversaciones sobre diversos temas sin dificultad. Me gusta que mis estudiantes participen activamente en las clases, ya que esto les ayuda a mejorar su confianza, fluidez y ampliar su vocabulario según el tema que abordemos. Además, creo que el aprendizaje es un proceso mutuo: disfrutaremos de cada lección mientras aprendemos el uno del otro.

Soy maestro de educación primaria y tengo 5 años de experiencia trabajando en un colegio de primaria de Barcelona. Tengo 3 años de experiencia enseñando español en Preply. Sin embargo, considero que es muy importante prepararme para ayudar a mis estudiantes de la mejor manera, por eso sigo formándome como profesor de lengua.
