A scheduled lesson becomes part of my weekly plan and I get ready for it. In 2021 I started using Skype for my lessons (today it's Teams) and things work out very well. I am always punctual as I respect the time my students take for our lessons, likewise I do appreciate if my students do the same. Meaning a thorough explanation of the grammar with several carefully tailored examples, exercises, homework, checking the student's progress, listening and reading comprehensions and once the student's knowledge progresses sufficiently, having a conversation.

They hesitate, translate in their head, or repeat the same mistakes without knowing how to fix them. I help you move from that to clearer, more automatic Swedish through structured conversation, active guidance, and targeted correction. My lessons are not random conversations. I listen closely to how you speak and help you improve the patterns that hold you back. That can include: - sentence structure - word choice - pronunciation - rhythm and flow - unnatural phrasing - repeated grammar mistakes The goal is not just to “practice Swedish,” but to make your Swedish feel more natural, accurate, and automatic over time. The lessons are structured and focused, but still relaxed and enjoyable. You should feel comfortable speaking a lot, making mistakes, and improving in real time. Mostly Conversation Practice! Speak it till you make it! As a teacher I always try to figure out what each individual person needs to practice. That is why I like to have a simple conversation the first lesson and ask what the student wants to study and see what level they are in. I always try to make the lesson contents according to the students level. While teaching I always try to make sure my students speaks and expresses themselves as much as possible and I'll always encourage them and also fill in the blanks to give them a little push so they won't be stopping in the middle of the sentence.
