Hello guys, this is my first news story . You are welcome to correct my mistakes !!!! Jessica hates moving frequently Many people complain that the rent price soares every year . People keep moving in and out. They have different reasons for moving , but the reasons mostly based on the rent prices are unaffordable, fed up with the landlord, too far from work and inconvenient shopping. However, not everyone is the same . Jessica is a resident in NYC for many years. She’s been paying rent. Her recent living place has been renting for 5 years and she doesn’t want to move . As a senior manicurist, she knows her incomes and her affordable rent price range. She said : “ The rent price soares every year , but the salary rises also .” Jessica expressed nothing to say about the rent . As long as her salary can afford the rent she would not move to a smaller house although with less rent . Jessica has moved frequently, too. She has rich moving experiences. She strongly agreed with a quote that the meaning probably is moving from up floor to down floor , losing a basket of grains. That’s why Jessica hates moving around. Jessica alleged herself as an expert of renting. She summarized some tips for renting a house below : •Find a house in appropriate place , such as closed by markets and train stations •The house has enough rooms •The AC , heater, electricity and hot water are working ordinary •The rent price should be affordable •The landlord is a rich and responsible person, and he lives closed by •Do not move frequently Rent price soaring is an unchangeable thing . Working hard and hanging in there or moving around are your choices . Jessica is grateful for having a stable job and living in a rented house.

I try to keep my weight in the normal condition. For that I decided to eat healthy foods. I prefer vegetables and fruits instead of sweets. I also eat meat, eggs, because I think that's important for my health. I choose rice flour instead of usual flour, because the first one is healthier.

When I feel badly, tired and want to give up I think that it's won't be better to do it now. I can give myself a rest, I can do nothing about 3-4 days or some more. And then I feel myself better. Sometimes I need to change the area and go to another town. I know that my little steps are better then nothing.

I’m done with studying formally since I’m 29 and I’m a teacher: I’ve had enough of studying in a formal setting! Anyways, I would consider living abroad because the working conditions in my country are not the best, especially in terms of wage, so I’d like to work in a country which values its workers. Moreover, I’d love to live near the sea so that I could spend my free time at the beach!

Everyone in life has the right to be educated and study at school. Learning a foreign language is included in this right too , and in our modernized world it is essential to know foreign language. However, many people see that this gets children away from their culture, while I see it is essential that children learn new language while they keep their culture. To begin with, learning new language, especially English, is essential and it opens the door for many opportunities in life, from studying to work and living abroad.Moreover, it help the individual to boost his self-esteem and it has many positive impacts on the activity of brain. Nevertheless, family and school have the ability to support children in learning and preserving their maternal language and culture. For instance, the parents may supervise their children and ensure that they are learning their language well by reading and listening to it, and schools may organise trips for children to attend cultural and folkloric events.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. You should write at least 150 words and my response: The pie charts illustrate demographic information about marital status in Canada and Australia. Overall, while in Canada there are more separated individuals, Australia can boast higher share of married individuals. Single, widowed, and divorced account for smaller proportions in both states. In Canada, separated but not divorced persons make up the lion’s share of the population (53%). Married individuals account for around a third, while the rest of the categories, such as never married, widowed, divorced and in a same sex marriage represent the rest of the population proportions, with the first two being just under 10% and the latter being under 5%. In Australia, married persons constitute the largest share of the population (46%). Meanwhile, separated individuals who did not end up their marriage account for just over 40%.
