In the last ten years, as the smart phones spreaded rapidly, many people got into of habit of watching short form videos after work. They think that doing something fun with their cute phone is a great way of reducing stress. They usually lie in the couch and watch videos on their phones without doing other things, such as their children's academic development. I have heard many children complained that their parents watched videos on their phones after work , but asked them focused on studying. They heard their parents laughed at living room while watching something fun. The sound made them to be sad. They thought that whay their parents could do whatever they want, but they must dotheir homework. So, if parents are not self-disciplined, their children can also be hard to focus on something, especially for their academic development. I have also seen a father who spent time reading books beside his daughter after work every day. The daughter got a high academic development later.

I worked for many years as a volunteer in schools, teaching to vulnerable children whose families were in difficult situations like drugs, crime, abuse, etc. It was a great experience because it made me realise how privileged I was for not having those problems in my life and at the same time I felt it was something that I wanted to do for the rest of my life so I decided to pursue a career about something related, and I chosed politic science and law. For years later, and currently studying at university I've just been accepted to work as a human rights promoter for adults in vulnerable situations. My work will be to help them to get to know their rights and what they can do to have a better life quality and where they have to manage their claims. It makes me feel happy because I feel like I'm contributing to make their lives better.

It was sunny today. This afternoon, I learned a new story set in Ghana, Africa, about a boy named Kojo. His family is very poor, and after his father died, Kojo helps his mother make ends meet. He gets the idea to take out a small loan to buy a hen. He cares for the hen, which lays eggs that he sells at the market. With the profits, he repays the loan, buys more hens, and gradually grows his business. Over time, he secures more loans, eventually enabling him to attend college. The lessons learned from building his poultry business help his family prosper, and his story inspires others in his community. Overall, it's an inspiring, encouraging, and deeply optimistic tale. However, I suspect it's fictional. In reality, the mention of a loan would immediately raise red flags for me. Does this make me pessimistic? Perhaps, but stories like this often strike me as simply too good to be true.

I just returned from my last trip. This time, I visited three cities that were over 2000 kilometres from my hometown. Ater our flight was cancelled, we finally got to my destination by plane from another airline. After arriving there, eating local food definitely appeared on my must-do list. We tried our best to enjoy the local snacks and visit the famous scenic spots in a limited time. Then we got to the next destination by train. It's charming city was located by sea. See food could be seen everywhere, so we had many big sea food meals until we left there. The last city was also located by sea, we swam in the sea every day. The cool wind from the sea easily colled us off in such a hot summer. The beach was full of joys. When we got tired, barbecue always brought us different experience about the sea. Grilled sea food with beers could be the best choice in a summer night. The trip was always short, But the next trip is on the way.
