English tutor Alice here. A question for American English language learners....
How well do you know American English phrasal verbs? Do you know a lot of them? Do you use a lot of them?
What about prepositions? Do you know them? Do you use them? Can you say them comfortably?
Vocabulary? Can you say enough when someone asks you a question? Or do you give just a one sentence answer? Do you ever elaborate or say more? Do you feel 'Limited' in your ability to speak? Do you say the same phrases? Do you just 'Stick to what you know.'?
Are you wanting to really get better with your speaking?
Have you had a lesson with someone from the United States? Someone to teach you phrasal verbs, vocab, prepositions, slang and more?

Hi! I'm Esteban. I have an A2 level. I understand quite well, but I freeze and get nervous when I speak. I want to break this blockage and gain confidence over time, so I need my classes to be 100% focused on active speaking and practical simulations. I don't want traditional textbooks or grammar rules. I need a dynamic approach with real situation role-plays where you push me to react quickly and correct my mistakes in the moment. Is this something we can work on together?

What are the biggest hurdles when learning German?
Is it really the articles such as der/die/das? Is it the articulation of certain words? Or is the split of the verb such as "ist nach hause gegangen"?
I wonder what you need help with. It would be great to learn more about your challenges when learning German & it helps me to adapt my classes to your needs.
All the best,
Jan
