"Cookies and cream"
How would you pronounce this?
Many native speakers would actually not pronounce the word "and" clearly, but rather substitute it with a "'n" sound.
This is common in English, as it is in other stress-timed languages.
This is also the reason why English pronunciation can be particularly tricky for learners whose L1 is not stress, but rather syllable-timed.
Some examples would be Chinese or Spanish.
Were you aware of this?

Hi! I’m Sanne (you can also call me Sanny), and I am looking for an English-speaking friend to chat with regularly to improve my English. I would like to meet online via Zoom or Skype for about 30–60 minutes once a week. I enjoy talking about music, animation, travel, psychology, and creative projects, and I will make sure to practice speaking naturally in English while sharing my own language and culture. If this sounds like what you are looking for, please send me a message so we can arrange a time to talk. Let me know if you are interested!

How do you say "I'm drunk" in English? 🍻🇬🇧
In British English, we don’t usually just say “I’m drunk” — we use lots of different expressions.
Here are 5, from least drunk to most drunk:
1. I’m a bit tipsy
2. I’m steaming
3. I’m off my face
4. I’m plastered
5. I’m cooked
👉 Which one have you heard before?
👉 Which one sounds most natural to you?
👉 What do you say in your language?
