Getting straight to the point, if you want to be fluent in English or in any language, you must keep working on the four and practice more than others students to improve your level and became better.

She stayed at home because she had no car.(original) According to Chinese culture, however, we would say: 1. She stayed at home not because she was ill but because she had no car. and we would never say such as: 2. She did not stay at home because she was ill but because she had no car. Question: Which is grammatically correct? and which is better? Do both have the same meaning?
