First I will give a personal example of a specific problem and explain, then it will be everyone´s turn. If possible, please prepare an answer for these: -How often do you have problems at work and why? -Are you good at solving them? Why? -The last problem you had at work and how you solved it -One of the biggest problems you had at work and how you solved it -Problematic people at your work and how you deal with them -General advice Group sessions are a great opportunity to practice in a relaxed space, make mistakes, and have fun together. Our phones should on silent mode (if there is background noise, you can just mute your mic so that others are not bothered). We're all here to support each other, so please be respectful and punctual, and approach conversations with an open mind and positive attitude. Don't be afraid to ask questions!
