This communicative business English lesson is focused on the question "Why do some people stand out in the workplace?". We'll learn about a concept in psychology called "The Halo Effect" which explains this phenomenon. We'll learn top level language relating to human resources (HR), business people, office life, problems At work, business ethics. Class will be conversation-based so students will be expected to speak to each other in pairs and I'll provide corrections and guidance.
