This is a practical podcast. You will  need to look at the quiz. I introduce the topic, and then give you some exercises. The exercises take the form of a dialogue between A and B. You read what A says, listen to B ( which I read ), and then choose the most appropriate response.

In this podcast, I talk about how to stop someone from talking when you don't catch something that they said, and ask them to repeat.
