Había una vez un león que estaba durmiendo. Un ratón comenzó a correr sobre su cuerpo y lo despertó. El león, enfadado, atrapó al ratón con su gran garra. El ratón le suplicó al león que lo dejara ir, prometiéndole que algún día le devolvería el favor. El león, riéndose, lo dejó ir. Más tarde, el león fue atrapado en una red por unos cazadores.
