今天想和大家聊一聊【考研】的话题。2023年全国硕士研究生招生考试将于2022年12月24日至26日举行。这几年考研人数越来越多，2022年的考研人数达到457万，几乎是2018年的两倍。那么为什么这么多人想考研呢？我们来听听以下的报道。
很多人热衷考研，一个很重要的原因就是他们担心本科学历不足以支撑他们找到满意的工作。而通过考研，可以提升学历，未来可以实现更好的就业。我们继续往下看。顾宇刚刚入职苏州一家科技公司，企业开出了年薪18万的待遇。他告诉记者，这样的待遇都得益于三年前做出的考研决定。
顾宇：“现在社会竞争压力这么大，我也是想提升下自己的学历，然后这样子在步入社会以后也更有竞争力。”
顾宇告诉记者，与其说考研是为了逃避就业，不如说是为了更主动地提升就业质量。一项对12.6万名大学生的调查显示，就业前景好和职业发展需要是本科毕业生选择考研的最主要动机。
《中国大学生就业报告》副主编：“主要的大部分的这个原因呢，还是为了提升自己将来在职场上的一个竞争力、主观上对于自己就业现状的满意程度。”
2020届毕业生薪酬数据显示，硕士研究生及以上学历的起薪为7337元，本科生为5102元，大专生为4562元。但业内人士提示，并不是所有的行业研究生学历都有明显优势。专家表示，尽管目前研究生学历在就业市场上是一块不错的敲门砖，但是本科毕业生还是要根据自身情况以及所学专业特点来做决定。

今回は確定申告について。
これは、Final tax return。

どこの国でも同じだと思いますが、
所得を計算して、税金の申告をするのが確定申告です。
これはフリーランスの話。

フリーランスの人は2/16-3/15の間に、
去年1年の収入、経費、所得、株の配当金、保険、医療費、など、すべての金額を申告します。

それで所得税や住民税などが決まります。



会社員の人は、会社で年末調整をします。
これは、Year-end adjustment。
去年の11月中にします。

先に税金を一定の金額、納めています。
だいたいが少し多く払っています。
払いすぎています。

この年末調整では、会社が従業員の正しい税金を計算して、払いすぎていた税金を返す、というものです。

　
税金の話はめんどくさいですけど、大切ですね。
