“了”：①助词，动作的实现、完成；②语气词，某种状态的改变、新情况的出现。（“了”有很多用法）
今天我们先来说其中一种用法：动作的完成或者是状态的实现。
例子：吃了3个桃子。买了一双鞋子。下了课就去看电影。（动词-动作的完成）
           今年我弟长高了2厘米。经过3个月的努力，我瘦了10斤。他白了脸说：吓死我了！（形容词-状态的实现）
           我对他有了新的看法。没了信心。（状态的存在）
           他答应了我的求婚。你竟然相信了她的话。（心理状态）
           她病了很多年，只能躺着。自从他的爱人死了，他就疯了。（状态动词）
           我儿子在他的保温杯里养了一条鱼。床上躺了一个老人。（含“状态”的语义特征）
问题思考：今天讲的“了”是英语中的过去时吗？

“了”的用法一

Система будет такая. Я читаю текст два раза: в первый раз медленно, по несколько слов (ставьте эпизод на паузу, чтобы успеть записать), второй раз - быстрее, чтобы вы проверили, всё ли правильно. 
На этот раз я взяла отрывок из рассказа А.П. Чехова “Весной”. У нас сейчас всё именно так, как описывает великий русский писатель. А у вас?

Clear usage try and + (verb)
Andrew says:
'we try and meet up when we can'
'we try and make excuses to meet up'
Putting try and before a verb means you want to do something, and you make an effort to do it - Andrew and his family make an effort to meet up.
 You may also hear try to + (verb), which means exactly the same thing.

游客：“就是大家可能最近压力都比较大，然后就是有一些东西，可能觉得自己虽然已经很努力了，但是也希望借助一些神佛的力量。对，就是所以（来寺庙的年轻人）还蛮多的。像平时可能会心里面比较焦躁一些，那来到这块可能还是会感觉比较平静。因为这块所有人都是抱着一个比较虔诚的心来的嘛，所以能感觉到这里的人都是非常虔诚的。
