4月　新しい制服を着て桜の花をバックに写真を撮る親子を何組か見かけました。
日本の中学校、高校では、ほとんどの学校で制服を着ます。私が通っていた中学校では、女子は　冬はジャンパースカートにブレザーとカッターシャツ、夏は吊りスカートに白いカッターシャツを着て、男子は詰襟（つめえり）とスラックスでした。　高校では、冬は紺色のセーラー服に紺のリボンと紺のスカート、夏は白のセーラー服に紺のスカートを着ていました。男子は同じく詰襟でした。私はこの制服が大好きでした。
学校によって制服が違って、制服を見ればどこの学校の生徒かわかるようになっていました。　ですから、「私たちの制服」という気持ちが強かったと思います。
この制服が、最近　どんどん　変わってきています。　以前は、男子はスラックスで、女子はスカートというスタイルが当たり前でした。でも、今は「性別に関係なく着られる制服」を選ぶ学校が増えてきているのです。　ですから、生徒たちは、スカートでもスラックスでも自分が着たいほうを選ぶことができるのです。
さらに、地域共通のブレザーの制服が広まりつつあるそうです。地域全体で同じ制服を着ることには、いくつかメリットがあって、一つは、制服の値段が安くなること。そして、もう一つは、地域内で引っ越したときに、学校が変わっても制服を買い直さなくてもいいということだそうです。
私個人的には、みんな同じ制服だと、学校ごとの個性がなくなって、なんだか寂しいような気がしますが…。

In the developed world, fewer children now suffer from the disease which arc still a problem in developing countries, but the number of young people around the world with asthma has increased. There arc various reasons for this, but doctors believe that breathing difficulties, are often caused by allergies to cigarette smoking, certain types of food or pollution. There has also been an increase in mental health issues among the young, and these are often very hard to treat.

みんな元気？
俺今寝る前でさぁ、ベッドに入りながら急に思いついてこれ撮ってんだけど、みんなは寝れない時何する？
最近スウェーデンから日本に帰って来てストレスとかあってさぁ、少し寝れない時とかもあるから、そう言う時はなるべく本を読むようにしてるんだよね。俺どんなに面白いと思ってる本でも、寝る前に読むと信じられないくらい眠くなるからさ笑
スマホいじってると全然眠くならないんだけどね😭
だからなるべく最近は、スマホはいじらないで、なるべく、なるべくだけど、どうしてもいじりたい時はちょっといじってから、本を読むようにしてる。
みんなは寝れない時どうするよ？
俺と同じように本読む人でもでも、もしくは違う方法がありますよーって人でもどうやって寝るようにしてるか教えてよ。
