去年（きょねん）の東京（とうきょう）オリンピックを見ましたか。冬（ふゆ）の北京オリンピックを見ましたか。
わたしは、いろんなスポーツを応援（おうえん）しました。
どのスポーツもすばらしかったです。
「ゴールを決めろ」
「ゴールを入れろ」
「高くジャンプしろ」
「先に行け！」
「あー、にげろ！」
「いけ～！！」
「もっと遠（とお）くへなげろ」
「あとちょっと、早（はや）く来（こ）い来い」
って応援しました。
命令形ですね。「行きます」はグループ１です。イ→エです。「行きます」は「いけ」です。「およぎます」は「およげ」です。「にげます」これはグループ２です。グループ２は「ます」ありません。「ます」ドロップです。「にげます」は「にげろ」です。「来ます」はグループ３ですね。「来ます」は「来い」です。

応援は、どんどん気持ちが高まりますね。I'was feeling more and more excited.
「あー、負（ま）けるな」
「さいごまで走(はし)れ。歩（ある）くな」「遅（おく）れるな」
「最後（さいご）のジャンプ、落（おちる）な」
「倒（たおれ）るな」
といろいろと言いました。
みなさんはどうでしたか。
これは禁止形ですね。「あるきます」グループ１です。グループ１はイ→ウです。「あるきます」は「あるくな」です。「落ちます」「おちるな」ですね。「負ける」これはグループ２ですね。「負ける」は「負けるな」です。「たおれる」→「たおれるな」です。グループ３は、来る→来るなです。

みなさんは、日本に来たことがありますか。
街中（まちなか）は漢字、ひらがな、カタカナ、ローマ字、英語、中国語、韓国語とたくさんの言語が書いてあります。
漢字はむずかしいですね。「あれは何と書いてありますか」と聞いてください。「『あれは寿司（すし）』と読みます」と教えてくれます。そして、いろんなマークもあります。「あれはどんな意味ですか」と聞いてください。「『あれは止まれ』という意味です」と教えてくれます。
でも、日本人が話す日本語は、はやいですね。お願いしてください「すみません、ゆっくりはなしてください」と。
日本語はていねいな表現（ひょうげん）が多いです。相手（あいて）がていねいな表現で話すと、もっとむずかしいですね。
例えば「もうしわけありません。ただいま田中は席を外しております」
「あーそうですか。では、私から電話（でんわ）があったことを伝えていただけませんか」とビジネスの現場では、ていねいな言葉をつかいます。わかりますか。

How many times have you felt insecure about yourself? A lack of confidence often can’t be seen from the outside, but it can create a mental burden that is hard to carry. 

To lift this weight off your shoulders and become more confident, you must deal with what’s on your mind and learn how to accept yourself.


One way to achieve this is to use positive affirmations for confidence.

Affirmations are short, positive statements that reinforce your beliefs or combat negative feelings. They can be spoken aloud or printed on cards to read when you need a boost. There are a lot of ways to use them, and it ultimately depends on your individual needs.

Why Affirmations Are Important for Confidence

People tend to look at themselves negatively. Unfortunately, many people feel like they aren’t good enough or like they can’t do something they’ve wanted to do for a long time. This isn’t just a problem for children and teenagers; lack of confidence can start early and continue through adulthood.

Identifying a lack of confidence is often challenging because it’s typically not something you can see from the outside. In most cases, it feels like a crippling weight that prevents your true personality from showing.

If that burden becomes too heavy, the lack of confidence can trigger some physical issues. Anxiety, shortness of breath, stress, sweating, and other symptoms can often be traced back to feelings of insecurity.
