What did I do during my 도쿄 여행?

はい、こんにちは。洋平先生です。え、今日は ”はい” と ”いいえ”の英語の文法とのちがいのお話をします。もうみなさん分かっていると思いますが、 それでも話したいですね。
はい、私にフィリピン人の友達がいるんですね。 彼は細（こま）かいミスも全然しない、N１クラスの日本語を話す友達ですね。でも、その彼に否定系（ひていけい negative form) の質問をすると、ちょっとあることに気がつくんですね。例えば 

A：まだ帰らないでしょう？
B：まだ帰らない。

と言うんです。 
え、絶対にYes、No で答えないんですね、はい、まあ、みなさんもわかってると思うんですけど、
「まだ帰らないでしょう？」　ここで ”はい”　というと、

・はい、帰りません。（formal)
・うん、帰らないよ。（casual)


で、えー”いいえ No” って言うと
A：まだ帰らないでしょう？
B：いいえ、もう帰ります。

”もう帰るよ”　になるんですね、 で、英語のイエスとノーと反対なんですよね、これが。
まあ、英語で言うと、例えば
Don't you need to go home now?

Yes, I do.
No, I don`t.

ですと、Yes、Yes、I do ですと”帰ります” という意味になりますね。で、No, I don‘t.  だと、”帰らなくてもいいよ”　という意味になるんで、えー、本当に逆（ぎゃく）の、反対の意味になっちゃうんですよね。


私がオーストラリアに住んでいた時なんですけども、自転車に乗っていて、赤信号（しんごう）なのに、そのまますすんでしまいました。 
で、その時に後ろからバイクが来て止められました。えー、警察官（けいさつかん）ですね、白バイというやつです。 で、「どうしてそんなことしたんだ！」と怒られました。
そして、

警察：お前罰金（ばっきん）払いたくないだろう！
わたし：Yes！
警察：払いたいのか！？

とまたまた怒られました。
はい、えー
You don‘t want to pay a fine, do you?
と聞かれて、Yes! と言いました。はい、”No” ですよね、これは。はい。 で、私はそれ以来、Yes とNo をまちがいなくなりました。

はい、じゃあ...まあ、もう N2N3 レベルのみなさんだと簡単（かんたん）かもしれませんが、ちょっと練習しましょうね。えー、じゃあ、

『明日は 雨は降らないでしょう？」　じゃあ、えー、下のクイズをしてみましょう。

はい、”うん” ですね、カジュアルでから、「うん、降らないよ」
”でふるよ” の場合は、えー「ううん、降るよ」ですよね、”いいえ” ですね。 じゃあもう1つ

B：【　　　】ほしいよ。







B：【　うん、　】いらないよ。Yes
B：【　ううん、】ほしいよ。    No

いらないよは　”うん”ですね。「はい、いらないよ」。”欲しいよ”は、”ううん”、「いいえ、欲しいよ」ですね

どうですか、簡単ですか。でも、えー、みなさんも私の友達のように、”はい” と”いいえ” を、分かっているけど、使えていなかったら、一度自信を持って言ってみてください。

はい。 ちなみにさっきお話した白バイの警察官（けいさつかん）の人ですね、バイクの人、”See you later” と言っていなくなったんですけども、See you later を直訳(ちょくやく direct traslation)すると、≪また後で会いましょう≫という意味になるんですね。で、英語初心者だった私は、その警察官がまた戻（もど）ってくるのかと思い、10分ぐらい、そこで、おどおど（nervous) して待っていました。 
はい、これがオーストラリアの時の思い出です。

这里是one minute Chinese, 每天一分钟，中文很轻松(qing1song1, light soft)！ 我们一起听一分钟，想一分钟，说一分钟，今天的话题是重复(chong2fu4, repeat)。
重复的意思是一次又一次地做同样的事情，比如你说一次对不起，又说一次对不起，我们就可以说，你重复在说对不起。
那么，如果我每天都在重复做一件事情，会有什么结果（jie2guo3, consequence）？会发生什么呢？比如每天早上起来跑步。对，我会养成（yang3cheng2,cultivate）一个习惯(xi2guan4, habit)，跑步是一个好习惯，人们把这样的重复叫做坚持(jian1chi2, persevere in)！
但是如果我每天去酒吧(jiu3ba1, bar)喝酒到天亮，白天睡觉，这就是一个坏习惯，这样的重复，也被叫做堕落(duo4luo4, degenerate)。
坚持或者堕落，这两种重复都有很强大(qiang2da4, powerful)的力量(li4liang4, power)，它们都能改变一个人，一群人，一个国家，甚至一个世界。

Micromanagement can stifle creativity, innovation, and teamwork, hindering organizational growth and success. To counteract the negative effects of micromanagement, organizations should prioritize leadership development, empower employees, and establish clear performance expectations.
