Чувства и эмоции тесно связаны с нашими внутренними качествами, они просто являются отражением того, что происходит у нас внутри. Мы часто боимся и отрицаем собственные эмоции, путаем эмоции с чувствами, чувства с состояниями.
Проведя не одно исследование, ученые убедились, что люди совсем не осознают своих эмоций.  нет, они не бесчувственные, они продолжают испытывать весь спектр эмоций, совершенно не понимая, какую именно эмоцию они испытывают в данный момент. Самый простой и распространенный вопрос на всех тренингах и психологических консультациях: «Что ты сейчас чувствуешь?» - ставит людей в тупик.
Совершенно невозможно разобраться со своими проблемами, если не можешь даже определить, что ты чувствуешь к тому или иному человеку или ситуации, или по поводу того или иного события.
Не только наши чувства и эмоции не осознаются сами по себе, но и их причины остаются для многих загадкой.
Эмоций и чувств огромное количество и окончательного их перечня нет ни в психологии, ни в физиологии. Причина этого в том, что многие эмоции и чувства - это явления исключительно социальные. Появление новых эмоций или приобретение ими иного значения обусловлено развитием общества. Многие эмоции и чувства мы не ощущаем при рождении, а учимся им у наших родителей, родственников, друзей, знакомых. Все они вместе взятые с самого раннего детства показывают и рассказывают нам, что мы должны чувствовать, как и в каких ситуациях. Если ты не испытываешь определенную гамму чувств и ощущений по какому-то конкретному поводу, тебя считают странным, не от мира сего или и того лучше – бесчувственным и  эгоистичным.
Пора «вынуть голову из песка» и разобраться, что мы чувствуем на самом деле, что вызвало у нас эту эмоцию и кто нас «научил» чувствовать именно так, а не иначе.

What is data? It's information which is stored (= kept) on your computer.

What's a search engine? It's a computer program like Google which searches the internet for information.

What's a network? It's a set of computers that are connected and can exchange information.

What's a username? It's the name or special word you use that allows you to enter a computer program or system.

What's a login? When you start to use the computer, you usually type in a name or word that you've chosen. You log on when you start the computer, and you log off when you finish.
When you want to use a particular app or website, you log in and then log out to leave it.
What is software? It's the programs which are used to to operate a computer.

What's an app? An app is a piece of software that you can put on a smartphone or tablet. You can use it to get information or to play a game.

What happens if my screen freezes?  You can't move text or images (= pictures on a computer) because there's something wrong with the equipment or programs.
