- 4 uova
- 100g Zucchero
- 500g mascarpone
- 300g di savoiardi
- Cacao amaro
- Caffè freddo q.b
⬇️ VOCABOLARIO ⬇️
- Siamo in procinto di… = We are about to…
- Mettere in pratica le nostre doti da pasticcere = Put our pastry-making skills into practice
- L’uovo (singolare) - le uova (plurale) = The egg (singular) - the eggs (plural)
- Separare i tuorli dagli albumi = Separate the yolks from the egg whites
- Non fare i grumi con lo zucchero = Don’t make lumps with the sugar
- Frusta elettrica = Electric whisk / hand mixer
- Mischiare tuorli e zucchero = Mix yolks and sugar
- Montare “a neve” gli albumi = Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form
- Crema omogenea e soffice = Smooth and fluffy cream
- Niente male! = Not bad!
- Bagnare i savoiardi nel caffè = Dip the ladyfingers in coffee
- Teglia = Baking dish / pan
- Spezzare i savoiardi per adattarli al recipiente = Break the ladyfingers to fit the dish
- Spatola per livellare l’ultimo strato di crema = Spatula to level the last layer of cream
- La ciliegina sulla torta! = The cherry on top!
- Cospargere cacao amaro in polvere = Sprinkle unsweetened cocoa powder
