Here are survival phrases that are highly recommended to learn by heart to react quick when necessary. Oh boy... I am sure you will never use it but it's kind of safer to be 100% prepared when travelling (not only in Russia!)

       Wǒ shēntǐ bú tài hǎo.   Tiānqì tài rè le,     bú ài chīfàn.
B：我    身体 不 太 好。天气  太热了，不爱 吃饭。
       Nǐ duō chī xiē shuǐɡuǒ, duō hē shuǐ.
A：你  多  吃 些  水果，多   喝 水。
       Xièxie nǐ,  yīshēnɡ.
B：谢谢 你，医生。
