みなさん、お元気ですか？
僕は元気です！

さて、今日はルーティンについて、話します。
みなさんは、ルーティンが好きですか？
どんなルーティンを持っていますか？

僕はルーティンが好きです。
僕がしているルーティンは、例えば、
ランニングとか、ヨガ、トレーニング、などですね。

毎日やることを決めます。
できるだけ、
同じ時間、例えば朝の7時、
同じ長さ、例えば30分、
走る、とか、ヨガする、とか決めます。

人は21日間続けると、習慣になるそうです。
21日ぐらいまでは、しないことが当たり前なので、毎日することが大変です。
でも、21日をすぎると、やることが当たり前になります。
だから、やらないと、"あ、今日やってないな、やろうか"というふうに脳が変わっていくようです。
おもしろいですよね。

この時、はじめに21日間続けるのが大変ですね。
その時の個人的なポイントは、
ハードルを下げること、ですね。
要は、簡単にする、ということですね。

例えばランニングを習慣にしたい人は、はじめから長い距離、長い時間は走らず、短い距離、時間で走ります。
少し物足りないなと感じるぐらいがちょうどいいと思います。

僕は、自分のルーティンを今見直しているところです。
やりたいことがたくさんあるけど、まだできていないことも多いです。

それを少しでもルーティンに入れたいと思っています。
