毎日飲むお茶

私が日常的に飲んでいるのは、紅茶でもコーヒーでもなく、ほうじ茶だ。ほうじ茶とは緑茶の茶葉（ちゃば）を焙（ほう）じて淹（い）れるお茶である。こだわりはなく、スーパーで買うお徳用（とくよう）のパックで十分満足できる。麦茶（むぎちゃ）やウーロン茶も美味しいと思うけど、ほうじ茶の独特の香（こう）ばしさと味わいが一番好き。
