意味は、決める、場所、ところ、とかそんな感じです。

例えば、

・処分ーしょぶん　ルールを決めて、判断すること

・処理ーしょり　書類、手続きなど決まったとおりに終わらせること

・対処ーたいしょ　問題にあわせた正しいことをすること

・処罰ーしょばつ　罰を与えること

・処世ーしょせい　世の中、社会をうまく生きること
