(2) -려고 하다 : To express a plan or intention (will)
                           ✏Verb stem  + (으)려고 하다 (해요, 했어요)
(3) -기로 하다: To indicate that one decides to do an action 
                          ✏Verb stem  + 기로 하다 (해요, 했어요),
