そのため関東には蕎麦屋さんが多く、関西ではうどんや　さんは多いです。
最近は、日本はうどんがブームなので、関東にもうどんやさんが増えています。
料理の味は関東の方が濃く、関西の方は薄味です。
朝ごはんによく食べる食パンにも違いがあります。
関東の人は、８枚切りか５枚切りで、薄いですが、関西の人は、４，５枚切りなど厚いパンを
好んで食べています。
