Vamos a sumergimos en el encanto de la Navidad a la yucateca! Esos días donde el espíritu festivo se despierta, las calles se llenan de luces y se respira un aire diferente, con ese toque particular de 'heladez' que nos hace sentir la temporada navideña a pesar de que el sol siempre brille con fuerza en estas tierras.
Modismos usados:
Heladez: Expresión de que hace mucho frio y es humedo, no se quita abrigándose.
Hacer loch: Abrazar a otra persona como muestra de cariño.
Chévere: significa que esta divertido, que es o está excelente.
Hacer chuc: Es la acción de remojar pan o galletas en un liquid caliente como café o chocolate, pero tambien puede ser el pan en la sopa caliente.
Uay: La expresión más usada en Yucatán, sonido que se emite cuando algo nos causa sorpresa, susto o asombro.

오늘은 토요일이었어요. 
Today was Saturday.

저는 오늘 친구하고 산에 갔어요. 
Today, I went to a mountain with my friend.

산에 가서 두 시간 동안 등산했어요. 
(I) went to the mountain, and (at that place) for two hours we hiked.

발도 아프고 다리도 아팠어요. 
My feet hurt, and my legs also hurt.

하지만 기분이 정말 좋았어요. 
But I felt really good.

저는 다음 주 주말에 또 산에 갈 거예요.
I will go to a mountain again next weekend.

To effectively address micromanagement through upskilling, HR should conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps within the organization. Tailored training programs can then be developed to address these deficiencies. Additionally, mentoring and coaching opportunities can be provided to support employees as they develop new skills.

By proactively addressing micromanagement through upskilling, HR can create a more positive and productive work environment, improve employee retention, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the organization.

必ず今とか、さっきという時だけ使うわけではなくて、個人的にそれが終わってから時間、期間が短いと感じるならこの表現はOKです！

なので、1年前の話をするときでも、ぼくが期間が短いと感じていれば使うとことができます。

例えば、1年前に北海道に引っ越してきたばかりですが、北海道のことが大好きです。
