¡Hola! Welcome to Spanish from Zero, a podcast for people who are just starting the amazing journey that is learning Spanish.

Today’s practice is focused on the verb Ser (to be). That's the verb we use to talk about someone's occupations, origin and title.

The exercise is really simple. I’m gonna say a couple of sentences, but the subject (i.e. the person) is missing. For example, if you hear “am from Colombia”, the subject missing from that sentence would be "I". 

Ready? Here are the sentences:

Soy de Argentina.
Es de Perú.
Eres de Guatemala.
Son de Colombia.
Somos de Chile.
Es doctor.
Soy dentista.
Somos amigos.
Son hermanos.
Eres profesor.

はい、こんにちは。ようへい先生です。え、今日はparticle、助詞（じょし）の ”も” の話をします。えー”も”、今みなさんが思ったのは
「私は日本人です。彼”も” 日本人です」
の”も” じゃないですか？

はい、これはまあかんたんですよね。「何々”も”何々です」。で、えー、”みんなの日本語”の 37課で実はちがう”も” をならっているんですよ。 知らないでしょ？”みんなの日本語” を使っていた生徒（せいと）も 知らないでしょう。

えーっとですね、37課のですね。103ページの7にえー 書いてあるんですよ。じゃちょっと読みますね。103ページ7の下から2行目 the second line from the bottomですね。
・とうしょうぐうには ネズミが1匹（いっぴき）もいません

『1 〇〇 もない』 1〇〇＋もない(negative)　ですね。えーこれはですねえー 
・とうしょうぐうには ネズミがいません。

と同じ意味（いみ）です。同じ意味ですが。えー０、いませんどこ行ってもいません。いませんいませんいませんと強く言っているんですね。

分かりますか。えーここは、数字（すうじ）ナンバーは1ですよ。うん、 2も使う時もあるかもしれないですけど、うん2345、あまり使わないです。1です。うん、 はいじゃ他の使い方もちょっと見てみましょう。えー

Ａ：（Bさんが）たくさんテスラを持っていると聞きました。
Ｂ：いやいや、【　　】も持っていませんよ。

テスラはアメリカの車ですよ。自動車うん、electric carですね。えーここの カッコ bracketsに何が入りますか。これ『1台』ですね。
うん、Bさんがびっくりしました。「たくさんテスラを持っていると聞きました」と言われて、Bさんがびっくりして。 「いやいや、1台も持っていませんよ。0ですよ。000ですよ」。と言ってるんですね。 
はい、じゃあ次。えーじゃ、みなさんちょっと文を作ってくださいね
 
Ａ：オフィスかろうかの どこかに予定表(ひょう)はってある？
Ｂ：いや、【　　　　　　　　】

はい、じゃあなんと言いますか。はい、1枚もはってないよですね1枚もはってないよ。わかりましたか。 
じゃあ最後

Ａ：ちょっと100円貸（か）して。
Ｂ：ごめん、今【　　　　　】。サイフを家に置いてきたよ。

はい、これ分かりますか。
「1円も持っていない」 ですね。はい、どうでしたか。 
ええ、37か、これ日本語の先生、みんなの日本語を教えている先生も 気がついてない人もけっこういるんじゃないでしょうか。うん、はいえーっと

おー最後（さいご）のですね、「1円も持っていない」。 えー今日ですね。えー。生徒とレッスンをしていて、これをやったんですけども、えーと、 途中（とちゅう）までそう、「彼はもう1台も持っていませんよ」「1枚も持っていないよ」はわかったんですけど、最後の「この1円も持っていない」がわからなかったんですね。「10円も持っていない」 とか言ったんですが、えい、これは1円も持っていないですよ。と言ったら、彼が 
「え？日本に1円はないですよね？」と言うんですね、はいええ、私が旅行に行った時、1円は見ませんでした。と言われたんですが、1円はありますよ。日本に 1円、5円、10円があります。はいえー、どうでしたか。

大家好，我是Yuli。欢迎收听我的播客。
今天想和大家聊一聊我的海南岛之旅。我现在在海南度假。大家知道海南在哪儿吗？海南是中国最南边的一个省，也是最有名的海岛。这是我第一次来海南，我和我的朋友计划在这里待一个星期。有一天我们在聊天，突然说到很想去海边。我们商量了一下儿，很快就决定一起来海南。
这次的行程很随意，我们打算一边工作一边玩。我们定了机票和民宿，看了下网上的旅游视频，大概了解了可以去哪里吃喝玩乐。昨天早上我们坐飞机到了机场，再坐一站高铁到海南的文昌市。民宿的老板来高铁站接我们，开车几十分钟就到我们住的地方了。我们订的民宿是在海边的一个小区里面，从阳台就可以看到大海和沙滩。在阳台喝着咖啡吹海风，非常舒服。
海南的椰子非常有名，我们到了马上买了两个椰子喝。这里的海鲜非常新鲜，我们去市场买了虾和螃蟹，然后拿去旁边的饭店加工。加工费是一斤13块钱，我们还点了炒青菜，还有免费的茶和菠萝。我们在酱油里面加一点柠檬汁，这样蘸着吃很好吃。
早上我很早就起来看日出，然后给学生上课。学生看到我身后的大海，他们都说很羡慕。昨天我们买了一只鸡，这也是文昌有名的美食。今天中午我们打算自己在家里做饭吃。待会民宿的老板会送我们去当地的菜市场，我们可以买些新鲜的蔬菜水果和海鲜。下午我休息一会，继续给学生上课，然后傍晚我们去海边散散步。晚上是我们头马俱乐部的演讲例会，今晚我是主持人。今天非常充实，明天我们工作不多，准备去椰林玩。这是中国最大的椰树林，那里的椰子鸡很有名，就是椰子味的鸡肉火锅。
