Episode 27. 〜っぽい

안녕하세요.

오늘은 새해 계획을 말할 거예요.

여러분은 연초에(at the beginning of the year), 계획을 세워요? (계획을 세우다 make a plan)
저는 사실(actually) 새해 계획을 잘 세우지 않아요.

계획을 세우면 꼭 그 계획을 지켜야 할 것 같아서, 조금 부담스러워요. 
(계획을 지키다 keep to plan, a.부담스럽다 burdensome)

그래서 계획 대신, 올해 하고 싶은 것들을 더 생각하는 편이에요. 

2024년에는 작년보다 더 성장하고 싶어요. (v. 성장하다 develop)
한국어 선생님으로서도 더 성장하고 싶고, 인간적으로도 더 좋은 사람이 되고 싶어요.

그래서 책도 더 많이 읽고 자기 계발도 더 많이 하고 
좋아하는 사람들과 즐거운 시간을 더 많이 보내고 싶어요. 
(자기 계발 self-improvement, self-developement)

영어 공부도 더 하고, 다른 외국어들도 더 공부할 거예요. 
옛날에 독일어하고 러시아어하고 중국어를 공부했었는데 연습하지 않아서 다 잊어버렸어요. 독일어 공부를 다시 시작해 볼 생각이에요 ㅎㅎ

아! 그리고 원래 건강에 별로 관심이 없었는데,
이제 서른 살이 되어서 좀 건강에 신경을 써 보려고 해요.

저는 운동을 너~무 싫어해서, 운동보다는 건강한 음식을 먹는 것으로 건강을 더 신경 쓰려고 해요. 라면을 아주 좋아하는데 라면을 먹는 횟수를 좀 줄여야 겠어요 ㅎㅎ

새해 계획_Plans for the New Year

I detta avsnitt pratar jag om att jag och min partner testade att fasta i 37 timmar och om andra hälsosamma saker jag gjort för min kropp påsistone!

Detta är ett ord som säkert är nytt för många: Autofagi = självätande (kroppen äter sig själv)
Det vill säga en städprocess på cellnivå som startar i kroppen när en fastat i ungefär 17-24 timmar (det finns lite olika källor på nätet)

Nobelpriset 2016 i fysiologi eller medicin gick till den japanske cellbiologen Yoshinori Ohsumi för hans forskning om hur celler bryter ner och återvinner delar av sig själva. Fenomenet kallas autofagi – grekiska för ”själv-ätande” – och har kopplingar till Parkinsons sjukdom, diabetes typ 2 och många andra sjukdomar.

💬 아직 안 마셔봤어요. "말차"가 뭐예요?

💬 말차는 녹차 잎을 아주 곱게 갈아서 만든 가루예요.

💬 "곱게 갈다"는 뭐예요?

💬 ‘작고 부드럽게 만들다’라는 뜻이에요. 녹차 잎을 가루로 만드는 거예요.

💬 건강에 좋기 때문이에요. 그리고 맛도 특별해요. 쓴맛도 있지만 고소한 맛도 있어요.

💬 "고소한 맛”은 뭐예요?

💬 아몬드 같은 견과류 맛이에요.

민호
💬 건강에 어떻게 좋아요?

유나
💬 비타민이 많고, 피부에도 좋아요. 그리고 카페인이 커피보다 적어요.

민호
💬 카페인이 적으면 좋아요?

유나
💬 네! 커피를 마시면 가슴이 두근거릴 때가 있잖아요. 말차는 그런 게 덜해요.

민호
💬 "두근거리다"는 심장이 빨리 뛰는 거죠?

유나
💬 맞아요! 커피와 다르게 말차는 마음을 편안하게 해 줘요. “마음이 편안하다”는 ‘걱정이 없고 조용해서 기분이 좋다’라는 뜻이에요.

민호
💬 오, 정말 좋네요. 그런데 집에서도 만들 수 있어요?

유나
💬 그럼요! 말차 가루만 있으면 돼요. 따뜻한 물이나 우유에 섞으면 끝이에요.

💬 쉽네요! 얼마나 넣어야 해요?

💬 티스푼 하나 정도면 충분해요. 너무 많이 넣으면 쓴맛이 강해져요.
