日本では、季節によってクローゼットの服を入れ替える「ころもがえ」という習慣があります。学校でも冬と夏の制服があって、６月１日ごろから夏の制服を着ます。制服が変わると、季節の変化を感じることができます。
あなたの国でも、夏の制服と冬の制服がありますか？

【with ひらがな】
日本（にほん）では、季節（きせつ）によってクローゼットの服（ふく）を入（い）れ替（か）える「ころもがえ」という習慣（しゅうかん）があります。学校でも冬と夏の制服があって、６月１日（ろくがつついたち）ごろから夏（なつ）の制服（せいふく）を着（き）ます。制服（せいふく）が変（か）わると、季節（きせつ）の変化（へんか）を感（かん）じることができます。
あなたの国（くに）でも、夏（なつ）の制服（せいふく）と冬の制服（せいふく）がありますか？

【English】
In Japan, there is a custom called "Koromogae," where people switch the clothes in their closets depending on the season. Schools also have winter and summer uniforms, and they start wearing summer ones around June 1st. When uniforms change, you can feel the seasonal transition.
Does your country also have summer and winter uniforms?

ころもがえ　ー　seasonal change of clothing
習慣（しゅうかん）　ー　custom
入れ替える（いれかえる）　ー　to switch / to replace 　*ru-verb
制服（せいふく）　ー　uniform
変化（へんか）　ー　change
感（かん）じる　ー　to feel 　*ru-verb

【Grammar Notes】
🔶Noun + によって (Depending on) 
Example: 
季節（きせつ）によって服（ふく）を入（い）れ替（か）えます。
We switch clothes depending on the season.
人（ひと）によって意見（いけん）が違（ちが）います。
Opinions differ depending on the person.

🔶Noun + という + Item　(Item) called (Noun)
Example: 
ころもがえという習慣（しゅうかん）
A custom called Koromogae　
ラッシーという犬
A dog called Lassie
渋谷（しぶや）という町（まち）
A town called Shibuya


🔶Verb (Dictionary Form) + ことができる  be able to~/can~
Example: 
季節（きせつ）の変化（へんか）を感（かん）じることができます。
You can feel the change.

日本語（にほんご）を話（はな）すことができます。
I can speak Japanese.

*This expression sounds a bit more formal than かんじられる、はなせる.
