Workplace anxiety is a growing concern for businesses and organizations of all sizes. External factors can encompass economic uncertainty, industry disruptions, and societal stressors that seep into the workplace.

The business implications of workplace anxiety are far-reaching. Reduced productivity and performance can directly impact the bottom line, as tasks take longer to complete and mistakes become more frequent. Increased healthcare costs associated with stress-related illnesses and higher turnover rates can also weigh heavily on a company's financial resources. Moreover, workplace anxiety can erode employee morale, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction, making it challenging to attract and retain top talent.

Z wird in den meisten Ländern anders ausgesprochen. Im Deutschen muss man das Z wie „ts“ aussprechen. Ausnahmen sind Wörter, die eingedeutscht wurden. Also, Wörter, die aus einem anderen Land stammen. 

Viel Spaß beim Hören, Erkennen und Mitmachen:

Zum zwölften Mal zog Zita ihren zerrissenen Mantel zurecht. Zögerlich spazierte sie zum Zaun, wo Ziegen zwischen Zweigen nach Futter suchten. „Zeit zu handeln!“, murmelte sie, als sie einen zerbrochenen Zaunpfahl entdeckte. Schnell griff sie nach einer Zange und zog Nägel aus der Tasche.

Zwischenzeitlich näherte sich ein großer Zugvogel und setzte sich auf den Zaun. Zita lächelte, während sie den Zaun flickte. Plötzlich hörte sie ein leises Zirpen – ein kleiner Zaunkönig zitterte auf einem Zweig.

„Was für ein zauberhafter Moment!“, dachte Zita zufrieden, als sie den Zaun fertig reparierte und zurück in ihr kleines Zuhause ging.

LA SEMANA MÁS SIGNIFICATIVA 

皆さんこんにちはなぎさです。このpodcastでは3つの日本語レベルに分けて日常のいろいろなことをお話ししようと思います。
今回は　”中級者向け（intermediate level 中级) ” の内容で話すスピードは少しゆっくりです。
この話の中で皆さんが新しい言葉とか文法など日本語の勉強に役に立てていただけたら嬉しいです。

最初の話は、食べ物の話で、今日は何を食べたと言うテーマです。

皆さんは今日何を食べましたか？
私は小さい頃“食いしん坊（くいしんぼう）”と言われていました。今でも本当に食べることが大好きです。
私は今日、朝はパンとバナナを食べました。パンはいろいろな種類の”菓子パン”を食べました。
菓子パンって菓子パン中に何か入っていたり、例えばチーズとかベーコンとか…、または味がついているパンのことです。
私が今日食べた菓子パンの中にはイチゴが入っていたり、あとはクロワッサンを食べたんですけど、クロワッサンの上にナッツが乗っていて、ほんのり甘くておいしかったです。
パンとコーヒーを一緒に楽しんで…最高の朝ごはんでした。
それからお昼ご飯は、”すいとん”って言う日本の家庭料理なんですが、すいとんはスープのようなものです。すいとんの中にはたくさんの野菜を入れています。
例えば大根とかにんじんとか…私は白菜も入れたと思います。すいとんの特徴は団子（だんご）が入っていることです。
この団子は、小麦粉と水を混ぜて柔らかい団子にしたものをスープの中に入れて食べます。
モチモチのすいとんと野菜を一緒に食べられるので、この水は冬にとってもオススメです。体が温まりますよ〜。すいとんとブロッコリーを食べました。
夜ご飯はまだなんですが、夜はちょっと軽めに納豆とお味噌汁とか食べようかなと思っています。納豆は健康にとても良いようなので”一日に一食”は食べたいなと思っているんですが、なかなか毎日食べられていません。でも納豆食べる時は、ネギを刻んで混ぜながら一緒に食べるとすごくおいしいです。
皆さんは納豆好きですか？
こんな感じで私の1日の食事の内容でした。朝は日によって違いますけど、できればバナナを毎日食べたいと思っていて、それから何か”炭水化物（たんすいかぶつ）”、例えばお米ですね、おにぎりとかサツマイモとかもいいなと思っています。
サツマイモは食物繊維がたっぷり入っていて甘くて腹持ちも良いのでとても良い朝ご飯だなと思いますよ。それからできればですね。スープなどで野菜もちゃんと取りたいなと思います。
そしてお昼ご飯は、私はちょっとカロリー高めでもいいかなと思っていてちょっと重めのものも食べています。例えば、パスタとか揚げ物とかそれからカレーとかを食べる場合はお米をたくさん食べたいのでお昼にカレーを食べるのが好きです。ただお腹いっぱいになった後はすごい眠くなっちゃうんですが、まあそれは気にしないで食べちゃいます。
最近ちょっと作ったおいしいものの中に煮りんごっていうのがありました。これは”煮る”の煮に、りんごなんですけど。フライパンで作る簡単なデザートです。
まず、りんごの皮を剥くのですが、剥いた皮は捨てないで、ちょっと取っておきます。
フライパンの上にりんごの皮の赤い面を上にして、フライパンに敷き詰めてその上にりんごを乗せて少しだけ水を入れます。そして蓋を閉めて火をかけるんですが、中火で煮ます。焦げやすいので様子を見ながら徐々に弱火にしてりんごが柔らかくなるまで煮ます。そして煮終わると、りんごの皮の赤い色がりんごに移って、ほんのりちょっとピンクと赤の間くらいのきれいな色のリンゴが出来上がります。
砂糖とか甘味料を入れなくてもりんご本来の自然な甘みが出るので、とってもおいしいデザートになります。もし家にバニラアイスとかがあったらそれと一緒に食べてもとってもおいしいです。これは母に教えてもらったレシピでよく作る簡単でヘルシーなデザートです。食べ物についてはまだまだ話したいことがたくさんあるんですけど、今日はこの辺で終わりにします。
