한국에 처음 왔어요

나는 처음으로 한국에 왔다. 한국어를 배우고 싶어서 한국에서 공부하기로 했다. 한국에 오기 전에는 인터넷에서 한국에 대해 많이 찾아보았다. 하지만 직접 와 보니 느낌이 달랐다.

공항에 도착했을 때, 한국 사람들이 빠르게 걷고 이야기하는 모습이 신기했다. 한국어로 "안녕하세요"라고 인사하는 소리가 여기저기에서 들렸다. 나는 설레는 마음으로 공항을 나왔다.

처음에는 길을 찾는 것이 어려웠다. 지하철을 타려고 했는데, 한국어로 적힌 표지판이 많아서 조금 헷갈렸다. 하지만 친절한 한국 사람이 도와주었다. "어디 가세요?"라고 물어봐서 "○○역에 가고 싶어요"라고 말하자, 친절하게 길을 알려 주었다. 그때 한국어 공부를 열심히 해야겠다고 생각했다.

처음으로 한식을 먹은 날도 기억에 남는다. 한국 식당에 갔는데 메뉴가 모두 한국어로 적혀 있었다. 나는 "비빔밥 주세요"라고 말하고 음식을 기다렸다. 음식이 나오자, 반찬이 여러 개 나와서 놀랐다. 한국에서는 밥과 함께 다양한 반찬을 같이 먹는다는 것을 알게 되었다.

한국어를 배우는 것도 재미있었다. 학원에서 "안녕하세요" "반갑습니다" 같은 인사를 배우고, 한국 사람들에게 직접 말해 보았다. 처음에는 발음이 어려웠지만, 연습할수록 조금씩 잘할 수 있었다.

가장 신기했던 것은 한국의 카페 문화였다. 카페가 많고, 사람들이 공부하거나 친구들과 이야기를 하며 시간을 보내는 모습이 인상적이었다. 나도 카페에서 한국어 공부를 하면서 새로운 단어를 익혔다.

처음 한국에 와서 어려운 점도 있었다. 버스를 탈 때 카드를 어떻게 찍어야 하는지 몰라서 당황한 적도 있고, 한국어를 잘 못 알아들어서 실수한 적도 있었다. 하지만 한국 사람들은 친절했고, 도움을 받을 수 있었다.

한국에 온 지 얼마 되지 않았지만, 한국어를 배우면서 점점 적응해 가고 있다. 앞으로 더 많은 한국 문화를 경험하고, 한국어도 더 잘하고 싶다. 한국 생활이 기대된다! 😊

Ho 28 anni e sono poliglotta. Mi piace imparare le lingue e ne parlo 14. L’italiano è la mia lingua madre, ma conosco anche l’inglese, il tedesco, il russo, lo spagnolo, il portoghese brasiliano, il rumeno, il bulgaro, lo svedese, il catalano, il francese, il greco moderno e il persiano. Parlo anche lombardo, la lingua locale della regione in cui vivo, la Lombardia. Inoltre sto studiando l’ucraino, ma ancora non lo parlo. Sono insegnante e traduttore. Insegno tedesco in un liceo linguistico, cioè una scuola dove si studiano tante lingue. Sono membro di HYPIA, l’associazione internazionale di poliglotti, e ho un canale su YouTube. Le mie lingue preferite sono il russo e il rumeno. In questo podcast voglio parlare della mia esperienza di poliglotta e darvi consigli su come imparare le lingue. E tu? Quali lingue parli? Il faut faire quelque chose pour mon papa taupe qui creuse tout le temps. Il se perd dans ses galeries! Il ne trouve jamais son chemin. Ce n'est pas rigolo. Alors, comme je suis une petite taupe très intelligente, j'ai eu une bonne idée: j’ai semé des cailloux blancs derrière mon papa qui creusait. Comme ça, nous retrouvons tout de suite le chemin de notre salle à manger souterraine! Pour les taupes, hip! hip! hip! hourra!

お盆（ぼん）：Bon festival
Obon is one of the Buddhist events. In Buddhism, it is believed that the spirits of family ancestors come back to this world during the Obon period between July and August, and a series of events take place to commemorate them.
Obon is regarded as one of the most important family occasions of the year in Japan.
Although Obon is not an official holiday, many offices are temporarily closed for business during this period. 

盆踊（ぼんおど）り：Bon Festival dance
Bon Odori is a traditional Japanese dance that is generally performed at events or festivals during Obon holidays.
Participants wear yukata, a casual traditional Kimono-style garment, and dance to traditional music while circling around a stage to honor the spirits of ancestors.

移動（いどう）する：move

仏教（ぶっきょう）：Buddhism

先祖（せんぞ）：ancestor

もてなす：treat / welcome

仏壇（ぶつだん）：Buddhist altar

迎（むか）え火（び）：welcoming fire
“迎え火” is a sacred fire that is often burned on August 13th in front of each household to guide the spirits of their ancestors back home.

提灯（ちょうちん）：chochin lantern

送（おく）り火（び）：seeing off fire
"送り火"is lit on the last day of Obon, which is generally August 16th to send the ancestors back to their world.

五山送り火（ござんのおくりび）：
The Send-off Bonfires of Five Mountains (Gozan no Okuribi) refers to the annual bonfires lit at various 5 locations including Nyoigatake (Mt. Nyoi known as Mt. Daimonji) on August 16 in Kyoto City.

阿波踊（あわおど）り：
“阿波踊り” is the largest and the most famous bon festival dance in Japan, attracting more than 1 million visitors from August 12 to 15 every year.
