皆(みな)さんはやる気(き)が出(で)ないことってありませんか。やる気がある時(とき)はいいです。何(なに)も考(かんが)えなくても、めちゃくちゃ集中(しゅうちゅう)できます。でも、やる気がない時、やりたくないなぁという時。
私は結構(けっこう)そういうことが多(おお)いです。でも、やらなければならないことがたくさんあって、「やる気スイッチを入(い)れたいのですが、どこにありますか？」と探(さが)していました。そんな時、Twitterで、ある記事(きじ)を見(み)つけました。その記事には、「やる気スイッチはやり始(はじ)めないとスイッチが入(はい)らない」と書(か)いてありました。やりたくないなぁと思(おも)って、やる気が出(で)るのを待(ま)っているより、さっさとやり始める方(ほう)が、速(はや)くやる気になるそうです。その記事(きじ)を見(み)てから、私(わたし)はできるだけ何(なに)も考(かんが)えないでやり始(はじ)めるようにしています。そのおかげで、やらなきゃ、でもやりたくないなぁと、無駄(むだ)に悩(なや)む時間(じかん)が少(すく)なくなりました。それってとてもストレスフリーになります。結局(けっきょく)やる気スイッチは、皆(みな)さんの頭(あたま)の中(なか)にあるということです。

Shadowing involves repeating someone's speech immediately after they say it. It's like you're following them as your shadow follows you. The beauty of this technique is that anyone can do it alone.
