Pay close attention to what's being said, ask clarifying questions, and paraphrase key points to demonstrate understanding. Encourage participation through polls, breakout rooms, or chat features to keep everyone engaged.

Professionalism and Etiquette:  Maintain a professional online presence. Dress appropriately for video calls, use a clean and distraction-free virtual background, and practice good microphone etiquette (muting when not speaking).  Be mindful of time zones when sending emails and respect colleagues' schedules by avoiding unnecessary interruptions.

Leveraging Technology:  Utilize the tools available to enhance your communication. Building Rapport and Trust:  While physical presence is absent, fostering connection is vital.  Start meetings with icebreakers to create a lighter mood. さて、今日は青森県について、話します。
青森は聞いたことがありますか？

青森は北海道の下にある都道府県の名前です。
大きさは、9,600km2
人口は、120万人

県の木はヒバ
県の花はリンゴの花
県の鳥はハクチョウ

です。

人口は全国で31位。
大きさは全国8位。

湖や山などの自然が数多く残されています。
世界遺産(せかいいさん)の白神山地(しらかみさんち)があります。

青森は農業が有名です。
特に、リンゴ、ナガイモ、ニンニクは、
全国一の生産量です。

祭りは青森ねぶた祭が有名です。
ねぶた祭りは、大型の灯籠(とうろう)を作って、まちを練り歩きます。
毎年8月のはじめぐらいから、1週間近く、お祭りがあります。

灯籠(とうろう)には、日本や中国の伝説(でんせつ)や歴史上(れきしじょう)の人物(じんぶつ)、歌舞伎(かぶき)、神仏(しんぶつ)などをテーマにすることが多いようです。

個人的には、ねぶた祭りはまだ見たことがないので、必ず見たい！と思います。
