Aujourd’hui, on revient aux racines du thé, profondément ancrées dans la culture chinoise. À l’origine, dans le Yunnan, le thé n’était pas une boisson de confort : c’était une herbe médicinale, cueillie pour apaiser, soigner, rééquilibrer.
