I'm going to introduce Kyoto cuisine which we ate during Kyoto trip in May.
Everything was wonderful.  I'm very sorry I can't show you pictures of them.
I wish you could imagine those cooking from what I'm saying.
I'll talk about 3 restaurants.
1. はり清　Harisei
2．たに本　Tanimoto
3．スポンタネ　Supontane

京都旅行vol.4
今日は５月の京都旅行で食べた料理についてお話します。
たった３日間の旅行でしたが、どの料理もおいしくて素晴らしかったです。その中から３つをご紹介します。
まず一つ目は、前回お話した丹山窯での昼食。五条のはり清の仕出し弁当。　弁当と聞くと、小さな入れ物にいろいろなおかずやご飯が入っているのを想像するかもしれません。　今回いただいた仕出し弁当は、３０㎝四方くらいの大きさの木の器に、さまざまな料理が入っていました。器を四つに仕切り、煮物、焼き物、揚げ物、寿司などの日本料理が所せましと詰められています。一つ一つは一口で食べられる大きさなんですが、とにかく品数が多く、彩も美しく　それは見事でした。
つぎに、祇園　たに本の日本料理。こちらでは、カウンターで目の前で板前さんが料理しているのを見ることができます。板前とは料理人のことです。先付、刺身、汁物、焼き物、煮物、豆ごはんの順に出てきました。　料理とそれを盛っている器、つまり　お皿やお椀が　ぴったり合っていていました。料理を目で楽しんでから、味わう。食べたあと、もう一度器を眺めて楽しむことができます。そして、なにより、ここ「たに本」の料理は日本酒に合うということです。一皿めを一口いただいたとたん、これは日本酒が要るねと話したほどです。
さいごに、「京野菜を使ったフレンチレストラン　スポンタネ」。こちらはオーナーシェフみずからが育てた京野菜を使ったフランス料理をフルコースで楽しむことができます。料理だけでなく、レストランの建物も素敵でした。それは、古い日本家屋でした。　小さいけどきれいに手を加えられた庭。食事をする部屋は、すべて個室。　ほかのお客さんと接触することはありません。まるで、昔から知っている友人としてもてなしてもらっているようでした。オーナーシェフみずから、料理について説明をしてくれました。シェフ手作りの京野菜は、野菜の味が濃厚で、玉葱や豆はその甘味を、青菜は独特の苦みをしっかりと感じることができました。とにかく大満足の内容でした。幸せ過ぎて、帰りたくないくらいでした。
