Use mirroring - It’s one of the simplest, most invisible, easiest ways to deal with insanely aggressive-assertive people. It builds a connection. You don't have to agree or disagree with people. You can physically match their body language / position and say the magic phrase, which is >>> "It sounds like you have a good reason for saying that."<<< This is an important signal for the other side. When you say that, the other person then feels like they have got your attention. They also really want to be heard as they've thought a lot about what they want to say. It shifts to a collaborative relationship.

9月に入り、日本はだいぶ秋らしくなってきました。
日本の秋の行事といえば "お月見" がありますが
みなさん、お月見を知っていますか？
これは中国から伝わったもので、美しい月を見ながらお団子のなどのお菓子を食べることです。
それだけではなく本来は秋にできた豊作物が無事に収穫できたことを感謝する行事です。
なんだかアメリカのハロウィンに似ていますね。
そして月の大きさが変わることは生物の誕生と死を想像することから
先祖への感謝を伝える意味も含まれています。

お月見の時に食べるものといえば月見団子が有名ですが
他にもお餅やおまんじゅうなど月のような丸い形のものを食べる習慣があります。
最近では玉子を満月に見立てた月見バーガーや月見うどんなども人気です。
日本人は丸い食べ物を満月に例えて食べることが好きですね ♪

みなさんも美味しい丸いものを食べながら
日本らしいお月見を楽しんでみてください。

みなさん、お久しぶりです。お元気でしたか？

私は3月25日から４月６日までイタリアに行って来ました。本当はクリスマスから年末にかけてイタリアに行きたかったのですが、航空券が高かったのであきらめました。
今回はローマとナポリに行きました。ローマはパートナーの出身地なので毎年行っていますが、ナポリは久しぶりに行きました。1泊2日でしたが、観光したり、たくさんおいしいものを食べたりして楽しめました。ローマから新幹線のような高速列車で1時間ほどなので、1泊２日でも充分でした。
ローマではローマの近くにある海や湖に行って散歩したり、美術館に行ったり、パートナーの友達とご飯を食べたりしました。私はローマで買い物も楽しみました。私が住んでいる町は田舎なのでお店が少なく、買い物を楽しめません。なのでローマに行く度、買い物をするのが楽しみです。
イタリアはドイツよりずっと暖かかったです。雨が降ることもありましたが一日中雨が降った日はありませんでした。雨が降ったり止んだりという日が多かったです。ドイツに帰って来てからは何度か雪が降りました。今はイタリアの天気が恋しいです。イタリアの天気を天気予報で見ながら毎日ため息をついています。
