1. Be arrogant - boasting, sometimes irrelevant to what you are asked for might be a sign to turn you down. Of course HR managers will not tell it to you directly - but it's on the list.

2. Avoid eye contact - staring or not 'looking directly in the eye' if HR mager can also raise questions to 'test the water' and see if you are telling the truth.. avoid that too!

Last but not least 

3. Be late. You know it, everybody does but it's still on the list. You don't need to be explained it, you are clear but keep it in mind..

These are the simple things which are within your control so keep them in mind.

Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

北海道旅行の話はまだ続きますが、
今回は、引越する時のことを話します。
#301 のPodcastで引越の準備の話をしました。

最近のPodcastで1番良く聞かれていました。
ですので、今回は日本の一般的な引越の方法について、話したいと思います。


ぼくは日本の中で10回ぐらい引越をしています。
引越をするたびに、手順なども覚えるので、簡単にできるようになります。


海外の人が日本に住む時はまた少し違うかもしれません。ですが、大まかには変わらないと思うので、今回はそんな話をします。


①家を探すアプリを使います。住みたい家を見つけます。
SUUMOとかいろいろあります。家を見たいと不動産屋さんに連絡します。それから内見をし、家を決めます。住めるかどうかは審査があります。収入など確認されます。

②今住んでいる家の大家さん、不動産屋さんに連絡をします。だいたい1か月よりも前に言う必要があります。

③引越の業者を決めます。最近はオンラインで見積もりもできます。荷物が少ないと安くなりますし、もちろん、荷物が多いと高くなります。

④ライフラインの連絡をします。水道、ガス、電気。今住んでいる場所のそれぞれの会社に連絡していつ引越をするか伝えます。その後、新しく住む場所の水道、ガス、電気の会社に連絡します。同じように、いつから住むかを伝えます。

⑤市役所に行きます。住む市が変わるときは、転出届を書きます。新しい場所に行った時も、市役所に行きます。転入届を出します。

⑥引越の前にいらないものを捨てたり、人にあげたりします。それから引越をします。

⑦引越してから片付けをします。ダンボールがたくさんありますが、だいたい1週間ぐらいまでに出せば、引越会社が回収に来てくれます。

⑧Amazonとかネット関係の登録している住所を変更します。


と、だいたいこんな感じです。それぞれはもっと細かくいろいろすることがありますが、大きな流れはこんな感じです。

みなさんの中には、これから日本に住みたい、と考えている人も多いと思います。

これを聞いて参考にしてみてください。
