８枚切（まいぎ）り＝８slices
粉物（こなもの）＝food made from flour
主原料（しゅげんりょう）＝ be made mainly from 

大阪は粉もん文化が発達しています。粉物は、、小麦粉を主原材料とする料理のことで、
大阪の人は親しみをこめて、粉モン　と言います。
お好み焼き、たこ焼きなどをよく食べます。大阪の人はタコ焼き機を持っています。
東京の人はほとんど持っていないので、驚きます。
そして、関東では、お蕎麦をよく食べ、関西ではうどん　をよく食べます。
そのため関東には蕎麦屋さんが多く、関西ではうどんや　さんは多いです。
最近は、日本はうどんがブームなので、関東にもうどんやさんが増えています。
料理の味は関東の方が濃く、関西の方は薄味です。
朝ごはんによく食べる食パンにも違いがあります。
関東の人は、８枚切りか５枚切りで、薄いですが、関西の人は、４，５枚切りなど厚いパンを
好んで食べています。
