意味は完全な否定ではなく、部分的な否定をする時に使います。

例文です。

・ドラマは見ないけど、嫌いなわけではない。

・よく司会を任されるけど、決して得意なわけではない。

・Podcastを聞くだけで日本語が話せるようになるわけではない。
