Hej! Jag är äntligen tillbaka med ett till avsnitt av podcasten "Tankar på Svenska" 

I detta avsnitt pratar jag om mina erfarenheter av att gå på Vipassana Meditationsläger som jag varit på i juli i Blackheath, Australien. Det var 10 dagar av meditation från morgon till kväll. 

Jag kan schemat helt utantill eftersom alla 10 dagar var samma.

04.30-06.30 Börja meditera i sitt rum eller i hallen
06-30- 08.00 - Frukost
08.00-09.00 - GRUPPMEDITATION I HALLEN
09.00-11.00 - Meditation i sitt eget rum eller i meditationshallen
11.00-13.00 - Lunchrast
13.00-14.30 - Meditation i sitt eget rum eller i meditationshallen
14.30-15.30 - GRUPPMEDITATION I HALLEN
15.30- 17.00 - Meditation i sitt eget rum eller i meditationshallen
17.00-18.00 - Fruktpaus + tepaus 
18.00-19.00 - GRUPPMEDITATION I HALLEN

 Jag har många tankar kring detta, men här är några av mina upplevelser och tankar kring den här långa upplevelsen i mitt liv : )

不是。①英语中的过去式只用时过去的时态，“了”不一定只用于过去。
       明天下了课就去看电影。（I will go to the movies tomorrow after class.）
       她要是知道了这事肯定要大闹。（If she found out about it, she would definitely make a fuss.）
         ②英语不管是状态还是时间，只要是过去的事情们都要用过去时。“了”只用于过去的事件，不用于过去的状态。错误示例：小时候她很漂亮了。（×）我刚到北京时，妈妈很担心了。（×）我没吃了。（×）
